My name is Dr. Rebecca Bragan, and I am honored to serve as the principal of Highlands Middle School. At HMS, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Our dedicated staff works hard to provide meaningful learning experiences while also helping students grow into respectful, responsible, and resilient young people.
